Oakley Elementary Principal | Campus Behavior Coordinator

Luissana Davis
Welcome to Oakley Elementary!
I am truly honored to serve as the principal of Oakley Elementary and to be part of such a wonderful school community. Since joining New Caney ISD in 2009, I have had the privilege of serving students and families as a bilingual paraprofessional, bilingual teacher, instructional coach, RTI specialist, assistant principal, and elementary principal. These experiences have reinforced my passion for helping every child succeed.
At Oakley Elementary, we believe every child has unique strengths and unlimited potential. Our dedicated staff is committed to providing a safe, caring, and engaging learning environment where students are challenged to grow academically, build confidence, and develop a lifelong love of learning.
We know that a strong partnership between home and school is one of the greatest predictors of student success. We value open communication and encourage families to stay connected, ask questions, volunteer when possible, and celebrate each milestone alongside us. Together, we can create meaningful experiences that help every child thrive.
Thank you for trusting us with your children. It is a privilege to be part of their educational journey, and I look forward to partnering with you to make this an outstanding school year. Together, we will inspire our students to dream big, work hard, and achieve their very best.
Welcome to the Oakley family, we are excited to learn, grow, and celebrate with you!

Assistant Principal

Connie Rodriguez
I am very excited about the opportunity of supporting teachers, parents, and students in my new role as an Assistant Principal for the 23-24 school year.
I have been an educator since 2006. I have taught 1st, 3rd, and 4th-grade students, RtI K-4, Spanish Dyslexia, and, most recently, I was Oakley's Emergent Bilingual Instructional Coach.
I genuinely enjoy working with kids, teachers, and the school community. I look forward to all the opportunities for learning, working, and growing up together that the year ahead will bring.
